Frame

The frame is built from 6 pieces of galvanized steel tubes (38mm diameter, 1.35mm thickness), treated with anti-rust zinc coating for durability. All metal connections use powder-coated T-connectors to enhance structural stability and reduce flex during jumps. The trampoline stands on 3 “U”-shaped legs (38mm diameter, 1.2mm thick), delivering six balanced contact points to distribute weight evenly.

Springs

Equipped with 60 heavy-duty galvanized springs (3.1mm diameter, 145mm long), each one has undergone over 20,000 tensile tests to ensure elasticity and strength. The spring cover pad features a dual-layer PVC+PE coating with EPE foam for cushioning impact and preventing exposure.

Jumping Mat

The mat is made from UV- and water-resistant polypropylene (PP), designed for up to 25,000 jumps. The 10FT round jumping area offers plenty of space (approx. 78.5 ft²) for active kids. Reinforced with multiple rows of stitching to improve longevity and reduce tearing, it comfortably supports up to 440 lbs.

Enclosure Net

The 360° protective net is 6 ft high (72 inches), made from high-strength PE mesh (110g/㎡). The net connects securely to the frame with a seamless enclosure system using double zippers and reinforced seams to minimize the risk of injury. Entry and exit are secured with double-sided zips for easy access.

Enclosure Poles

The net is supported by 12 padded steel poles (25mm diameter, 1.2mm thick), each covered in EPE foam and PE sleeves. These poles are fixed to the frame using long bolts and support rings, significantly increasing the trampoline’s structural integrity and user safety.
